Outside country application - what to write? - Urgent

Hi,

Does anyone know what to write in point 5.1 in the following PBS outside country application form if my spouse applies for dependant visa at a later date and not along with me?

Will it be Yes and a brief mention in section 7 that spouse will apply later on?
or will it be a No or Not Applicable?
