Nurses from New Zealand going to UK for Work

Hi, my girlfriend is a nurse and is applying for a Tier 5 work visa. What else does she need to do in order to work in the UK? Any help/website links would be great.

She should look here if she wants to work as a nurse and trained outside the EU/EEA
