If they have only rejected your visa on the basis of incorrect marriage certificate, I am sure they will overturn as soon as you submit your documents for the appeal.
Although they usually consider your circumstances at the time you submitted the visa application. However in case if they enquire further into your new circumstances, you may get some problems (if you resign and do not have income coming into your account).
I would suggest to submit the correct marriage certificate/documents with translations if applicable, if this was the only issue for the refusal then the decision will surely be overturned during the review process by the ECM.
