HSMP judicial review (extension of stay) - biometrics

Post by goldfish » Mon Jan 31, 2011 7:16 pm

I am on an HSMP visa and I am in scope of the HSMP judicial review (extension of stay). I have applied for an extension using the FLR Tier 1 (HSMP) form. I have received a letter stating I am required to enrol biometrics. Is this correct?

It was my understanding that HSMP extensions did not require enrolment for biometrics.

Hi Goldfish,
I'm not clear on how you could be in the scope of the HSMP judicial review. This was for applicants before Nov 2007. If you entered up to 9 months later, you would have extended already. ????

I'm not eligible for ILR so I have to extend again. My original HSMP was issued in Jan 2006 so I'm in scope of the judicial review.

Can anyone help on the biometrics question?

In what form the leave is issued (on vignette or BRP) is of no relevance to HSMP JR.
