Questions regards to bank statement

Hi guys, I'm gonna apply for psw visa this week, i think this question has been asked many times before so i just wanna confirm it one more time:

1. my monthly bank statement is dated on 21st every month, latest one is Jan 21. So can I apply for psw visa with statements from Oct 21 to Jan 21 (3months) and ignore the gap from Jan 21 to Jan 31?

2. 3 months statements must be original, what if I lost some of the papers, let say I lost the 2nd month statement, can I replace it with the "quick statement" ie the one only shows the transactions ? coz it takes time to request original statements again
