Maintenance funds supporting evidence is either of the four?

It is not clear from the guidance which could be downloaded from the link below if all the documents specified ( personal bank statement, letter from financial institution regulated by financial services authority/home regulator, building society passbook, letter from bank where funds are held) or only one of these documents is required as an evidence to maintenance funds.
