Father on ILR, baby status??

Father on ILR, mother on dependant of settled person(spouse visa), baby status??

what visa we should apply for baby -

1) if baby if born in UK

2) if born in india

If baby born in the UK then baby will automatically be British.
If baby born in India, then baby may apply for a child settlement visa, in-line with mother's.

hello Vinny, can you please tell me, if once i fill my ILR application do i need to continue my college or i can stop going to college?
please reply as it will save my money
