one of my friend is going to apply after four weeks, he does not have enough funds in his account but i m keeping about more than 1600 pounds in my current account from last three months we joint our account today and we can get bank statment from last three months which will show my name and my friend name on my maintained bank statment will this b enough proof for maintaince?
can home office check when my friend get joint with me in my bank account?
will i have to mainteind 1600 pounds or 800 will b enough even if joint account?

No it's not "right according to the law", but it will possibly be undetectable unless they do verification. Just because they can't see something doesn't make it right.
