Tier 1 - Visa application - from Mumbai - status update

Dear Friend...You cant fight with them based on statement give in this website....until and unless such statements are not mentioned on UK BA website we cant do anything.....

Better wait and watch that is the only available option.....

As per the service standards prescribed by home office 98% of application will be processed within 6 weeks and 100% within 12 weeks.

Whoever has completed 12 weeks should use this and contact bhc, lets see what they have to say to this

Spoke to BHC today, it seems the visa is not coming this week also as today it is still under process and tomorrow is half day so it is highly unlikely. Damn

I dont think this will work......they will just say ....this delay is because of bulk of applications we received in Nov and Dec.

All, excellent news just called bhc and they said passport has been dispatched. The status online though hasnt changed. All the best to everyone else.

Hello All,
Any one whose application time line has crossed 12 weeks for Tier 1 can make a complain.

I have sent my mail regarding same yesterday.
I got reply from VFS stating same reason - can take time and plz wait.

I am expecting a reply from Mumbai BHC.

Your complaint doesn't have any impact on application decision since it deals with concern only.

Any one who has any update please let us know.

I applied from VFS Pune on 24th Nov 10. Application status changed on VFS site.

Great news!!!
I have collected my passport and got the visa stamped!
I had applied on 29-nov from VFS mumbai(north).
