I am here in UK on Tier-1. I have below queries...

1. Can I study part time mba?
2. What if I want to go for full-time mba?

My wife hv tier-1 partner visa and working in IT co. in India. Her company is sending her to UK but asking for converting to Tire-2 visa..

1. Can she again apply for tier-1 partner visa, lets say after 1 year?

2. What if I want to go for full-time mba?

You may, but do keep in mind that you'll need to provide evidence of income in the 12/15 months preceding an extension application for you to qualify (for an extension).
