Finally its happy ending.....got my passport with stamped visa....I am sure you all will get your visas too....

Me still unlucky ...

Looking at the app dates of those which got their visa shows a trend ..now those applied in first week of dec have been granted visa ...

I applied early on 24 Nov at Mumbai North center still waiting....looks like they are moving backward in LIFO (last in first out) fashion.

Anybody like me still waiting who has filed visa application between 22 Nov to 30 Nov and have not seen any status change on vfs website?

I have also still not received my VISA.. status is same " in process"
I have applied on 8 DEC 2010....

Let hope for best in this week....

Guys from what I have experienced, they are definetly following the monthly quota limit. So be patient and be ready to wait till march.

My Status changed to :

"Your Application is being sent to the application center. Please wait until it is ready for collection"

I got my visa stamped.. till 3-FEb-2013...

I really want to thank everyone for the contribution towards successful filing of our application and also wud like to thank everyone for their continuous support and encouragement in the painful waiting time.

I wish best of luck to all those who are still awaiting their stamping ...the trends gives the guidance that monthly cap is still there and hence if u notice unusual delay then mostlikely the monthly cap is restricting the issuance of visa and u may notice visa towards the start of next month (like it happened to all of us). In case ur application doesn't meet the criteria then such cases will be informed quite early and they will not notice delay. (this is completely my perception based on the people posting and analysis done by me over some time)

Best of luck guys ..like everybody else I will be around here to contribute in future as well.
