UK and Overseas Earning Eligibility

Post by iinn » Tue Feb 08, 2011 11:37 am

I currently work in the UK but my previous 12 month income in the UK is not enough for Tier 1 G.

But I do some part-time job overseas remotely which count about £10K since last April (without multiplier and not really need that).

This 10K came in three different months and I'm thinking of using these as proof of my total income.

I current have:
1. Overseas bank statements
2. Overseas' employer letter stating the job and salary
3. Overseas employer pay slip letter

Do these enough for me to prove the income for my application?

In addition, in December I deposit about another 10K to this account and this is not from my employment do I need to explicitly explain this row in the statement or I can just ignore without HO's questioning?

Many thanks for your reply and hope the thread would help later applicants!

Cheers
