Withdraw Family Invitation Letter

Post by imtsha » Tue Feb 08, 2011 11:59 pm

I am a student in UK on student Visa. I have sent an invitation letter to my Father in Law last week.

Due to some change in my circumstances I can not afford his stay in UK. Is there any way that I can withdraw my invitation for him ?

Will UKBA/Entry Clearance officer contact me before issuing him Visa?

Please update me in this regards

Don't see the problem. Just tell your father in law not to submit the application. If he has already submitted it, then I still don't see the problem. Just tell him not to come anymore because of your change. Just because a visa is issued doesn't mean the applicant has to use it.
