SET(O) Section 9G/9H, any consensus?

Post by wpleo » Wed Feb 09, 2011 12:24 pm

Hello

My question is for those who applied for ILR and had their HSMP approved between April-Nov2006.

Any general agreement regarding which option to go for in Section 9, as 9G only states HSMP/5yrs, and 9H is for those before April2006 where the 4 yrs rule applies. 9L seems even more confusing, as those in April-Nov06 group had their HSMP stay extended under JR, albeit name changed to Tier1.

Many thanks

use 9G as post Apr06 requires 5yrs stay before becoming eligible for ILR.
