BRP Invitation letter

Hello everyone, just a small query regarding BRP invitation letter that have.

I applied for PSW on 19th Jan and received an acknowledgement on 24th Jan. The people who have applied at the same time as me and also those who have applied after me has got a BRP invitation letter last week but I have not got mine which is making me a bit worried.

So please advise if I should wait for like 2 more days or should I call the customer services to see what happened to that letter?

You must wait but then I don't see any harm in calling customer services, if you don't want to wait.

Its just that Im a bit worried as all my friends who applied together or who applied after my application was sent have got it......but thx anyway m8...........

customer services won't help you as official guidance states you must wait for 14 weeks before conbtacting them. Try contacting them anyway, see if you get lucky and speak to someone nice and helpful!

wait until the end of this week. Hopefully it will arrive this week.

@aswin...atlast you got acknowledgement letter, i got my ack. letter after 26 days of application, although sending of ack letter doesn't require verification of documents, Home office delays 5% of applications below standard times(dont know for what reasons). normally it takes 12-15 days for biometric letter to come from the date on ack letter.

as far as customer service centre is concerned, they will only listen to you about ack or biometric letter only if you haven't got them in 4 weeks of application post date(at most they will set-up an enquiry to work flow team) and discuss status of application only after 14 weeks of day when you gave biometrics.

which phone number you are calling? coz this 0800 number is making me nuts, everyone is directing me to the telephone number that ive already dialed and everyone tells me that this enquiry is not dealt in their department.[/quote]
