Help for EU and Non EU nationals

Hi!
I am EU national I am married to Non EU national and we got married in my country and my husband has at this moment a student visa.
Questions:
Which documents do we need?
How much money do they consider if it is enough to support ourselves?
How long does it take to have our passport back?
EEA family permit for how long?
Do they ask anything about our relationship/couple? Proof?
If EEA works less than non EEA so is it ok?
When we could apply for EEA3and4?
Could applications be unsuccessful? And if yes why?
And can I bring my family in law in UK (parents, brother and sister in law)?
Does it give trouble if we did not change passport about status marital, address or/and if I did not change my name mean I still have my maiden name not my husband name on my passport?
