New online form?

Have got appointment for ILR this tuesday. Tried to download the form and fill it, but was taken to an online form instead.

Is this something new?

It does say the appointment date should be more then 2 days before the payment is made online. So i should book another appointment now?

Can someone pls clarify?

you can print and complete the form by hand:

then under 1, there is a link for a "paper form".

it doesnt allow me to get direct link to the form.

if above link doesnt work then just start form home page (settling in UK - find the right form - select the category of visa and then you should get option for online form. just look under point 1 for paper form.
