Definatly some of the rules need changing especially wa8ing times for appeals and settlement visas. Labour definatly have made things worse.

I doubt if Torries are going to make it better, we will be getting even worse setup on the rules although we might see a possible reduced time on appeals. The problem is the rules will be much tighter we currently have, so I guess we will be seeing more appeals then we currently see.

Its a pitty to see that the government cannot handle genuine cases in a correct manner. These cases almost mean nothing to the immigration it seems, but these are life changing situations for a human being!!!
