Rejection of application

Post by HK2011 » Sun Feb 13, 2011 9:40 pm

Hi,
I had applied for tier1- General visa and after 45 days of application I received communication from the home office that the application was outdated (although, the website told that version of the application was still considered).

In the communication from home office they have told that attempts will be made to refund the application fees. I have not received any refund yet.
Do I need to follow up or any phone number to contact?

Can anyone throw some light on this please?

Thanks,
HK

The previous version of an application form is valid for 21 days from the day a new (version of the) form is specified.

On what date did you apply?

Hi,
I have got a premium appointment during the next month for reapplying. However I wanted to know if I will get refund for the initial application and if so how many days will it take?
Thanks.

If you are an overstayer, then it is highly likely that your out-of-time application will be refused at the PEO.
