Upper Tribunal waiting time.

Hi all..

Is any body know how long it could take waiting time?

Hearing date was more then two months ago, and nothing from the Court.

They've told that is normally take up to 4 weeks..

Appellant is in the UK.

Without the answer we can't get married here with my British partner.

If the hearing was before 2 months than it already overdue. Have you called the tribunal? If not yet than call and ask them.

Any way the determination will be with you any day now.don't worry and hope for the best.

Yes. It's already more then two months!

I phoned and mailed Tribunal every week, I phoned Determinations team (Home Office) every week and no body can give me the answer.
Just it is still with Judge and you have to wait.
Before it was waiting time up to 4 weeks, now they don't give me any time.. Just started telling me that is The Upper Tribunal is UNLIMITED WAITING TIME.

Oh. I can't do anything..
