how bad would these effect my Naturalization

Post by alie85 » Sun Feb 13, 2011 6:26 pm

Hello everyone , Im in need of some advice, i have some penalty points and convictions on my licence and wondered how will they effect my Naturalization .

should i be worry?

what do you suggest ?

1) Date of conviction 14.07.2006 SP30 £70 fine + 40 days band - no penalty point .

2) Date of conviction 10.10.2006 BA10 £100 fine + 6 penalty point and at the same day in the court i was also given IN10 and as the result my licence was taken away from me and i had to pass my driving licence again .

My licence is clean and has none of these on it , also i have managed to pass HGV class 1 and HGV class 2 driving licence in the UK.

Bt the way i was given ILR outside immigration laws on the 19th Feb 2010 and i will be applying for Naturalization in a week or so .

Thank you in advance for your time and advice.

Alie

Apply after 10.10.11, or risk losing the fees.

Considering that you were granted ILR outside the immigration rules...depending on your circumstances, you may fail to meet the residence requirements - i.e 5 year legal stay in UK. Can you provide more information on your immigration status before you were granted ILR?
