Extension Issue! Tier1 or HSMP?

Hi Guys,

I am facing an issue i.e. under which rules I should apply for extension

I applied for HSMP in 2007. It was rejected in first attempt so I filed for a review which was successful and I got a HSMP approval letter in Jun 2008. Then I applied for EC under transitional arrangement and got Tier(1) General from Nov 2008 - Nov 2011.

Kindly can you let me know under which scheme I am currently in UK i.e. on my visa its written Tier 1 (General) Migrant But I applied for EC with HSMP approval letter.

I need this information for extension as I am a little bit confused i.e. either I should apply for extension under Tier 1 (general) or HSMP.

hi I am having same condition and same expiry date with hsmp approval letter .

As you have got visa fr 3 yr that too with Tier 1 stamp on passport it is Tier 1 visa only .
