Some tips on getting a decision over the phone

My application got approved this morning.
Upon calling HO today (114-207-4074), I found out that a decision has been made on my application - though they refused to say which way it went (Courtesy.....Data protection act). But they asked me to call (114-207-6020), which was very difficult to get. After about 40 tries, I got through and they revealed the decision over the phone. So for those of you who will get to know that a decision has been reached please keep trying 6020 and you could find out which way it went.

CC charged: May-11
Ref No: recd by post: May -15
Case worker assigned: May-31st
Approval: June-7th
