SET(O) successfull at Glasgow PEO

Post by 23062006 » Wed Feb 09, 2011 10:30 am

Hi all,

This is to share my happiness in obtaining the settlement yesterday at glasgow PEO. The appointment was at 10 clock. Handed over the application form to the officer. He has taken 15 min to review and after that asked us to pay the visa fees. And at around 12 we have been called to collect the passport.

Thanks a lot for all your kind help.

Especially our hearty thanks to "Vinny" who has guided us in correct track.

Thanks.

Thanks.

We have applied under SET (O). My initial entry is under WP then HSMP after that Tier 1 (General)

For myself:
Last 3 months payslip
3 months bank statement
letter from the employer ( i am self employed so letter from my agency)
5 years p60
letter from accountant
Life in the UK pass letter

For My hubby:
Same like myself
To prove his english knowledge
NARIC
Degree certificate
Life in the UK pass letter

To Prove we are living together
Our Mortgage letter
Council tax letters
Utility Bills
Letters from HMRC
Electoral registration letter.

Apart from these we have also taken our 0ne year payslips and one year bank statements..but we kept it ourself.

But we have just given 3 months to them..but it always best to take all the relevant documents.

We got the letter from the agency ..proving we are doing the contract work and the daily rate is. GBP...and the start date and the end date on the agency letter head

And from the accountant the letter should be whomsoever concern which details your salary and the dividend (company's net profit and gross profit) on the company's letter head

All the very best.
