tier1 extension

tier1 extension

I was on HSMP from June 2006 till June 2008 and there after on Tier 1.
I am short of 1 month for ILR so need an extension. Can i apply for Tier1 extension in March(2 months before my visa expiry)?
And if I can, will i pay the reduced fee(fee for HSMP) or normal fee of 850?

You may apply for extension as and when you wish to.

Reduced fees apply only when accompanied with an (initial) HSMP approval letter issued within the last 6 months ..... which you cannot provide since your HSMP approval letter was issued in 2006!
