Share Certificate

As part of my application, iam also submitting my Share Certificate as iam holding 100 in my own limited company as a director. On my share certificate, there is no Secretary, becoz my company has not got a secretary. I am the only director.

It mentions on the certificate that, according to section 36A (4) company's act 1985, there is no need of common seal and signature can be done by two directors or director & secretary. But, iam the only director here.

If i sign myself, will that be enough ?

there is no need to send share certificate

accountant will certify that u r 100% owner of company

no seal etc etc

My accountant mentioned that iam the director and shareholder of my OWN LIMITED COMPANY. But he did not mention 100 shares.

I have mentioned 100 shares on the dividend vouchers.

So, i am thinking to send Share certificate with my application to prove that iam holding 100 shares.

My accountant is now on holiday. So, this is the only way i have...i guess ?
