COS and PSW expires on 9/03/11

Hi,
My employer applied for COS on my behalf yesterday. My current PSW expires on 09-03-11. Can someone please let me know if I wil have problem in the timing?

It seems that I may not have enough time to apply for tie 2 as COS will not be issued until 6/03/11 or may tae longer?

Bro from February panel they have only issued COS for occupation non shortage list £32000 or something. Read the forums..

My employer put my salary as £24,000 for a job which is not listed on the shortage list.
