Tier 1 General Extension Query

Post by abhijack » Thu Feb 17, 2011 12:04 am

I was on HSMP for 2 years initially and am on Tier 1 General for 3 years currently [until nov 2011].

My query is :

- Is there an option of further tier 1 general extension when my current leave to remain expires in November 2011, instead of applying for ILR?

thanks for advise..

yes, you can extend multiple times as per current rule to qualify for ILR.

thanks jimmy..
i was thinking of extending my tier 1 g again so that i have enough cushion for ILR..

i will be eligible to apply for ILR in november 2011 if the rules doesnt change drastically..

however to be on the safe side i am thinking of applying for further extension of tier 1 g in november 2011.

hope they will be granting another 3 years..
