HI All,
I need a quick reply on this pleas.
I am planning to switch from Tier 2 to Tier 1 within UK.
1. My salary slip has the net salary after taxes. How can I clain points with the gross salary?
2. If my application gets rejected, can I apply for an extension of Tier 2 in July?
Help needed urgently...

Why don't you get a letter from your employer showing gross and net earnings? Can't see them giving you points without proof
You shouldn't have a problem as long as your documents are authentic
