You are eligible for work but only for 10 hours per week and now you should not work more then 10 hours per week. Thats simple!

it sounds like a mistake as you should have been given an endorsement stating you can work 20 hours per week if your course is degree level. Call the 0300 number on the leaflet that arrived with your BRP and explain there is a mistake on your permit.

if they can't help you will need to contact UKBA IEB - 0870 606 7766.

Alternatively if you are studying at a university then they should have an international student adviser who may be able to help you as they can contact the student liaison team in Sheffield or the Student Batch Scheme in Croydon if they submitted your application through the scheme.

what did they say when you called?

Who did you get your decision from, Croydon or Sheffield (check the cover letter that came with your passport).

Call o300 number -they said they dont deal with conditions on brp hence have to call general line 0800 number
Call 0800 number the guy said he does not know who will deal with that and advised to write to the case worker team-Sheffield.

Wrote letter yesterday
