HI,

I am doing Hotel and tourism course in the college and the course has stopped in December 2010. I have option to carry on another college but no refund for the course (it about £1250) or I can carry on different course in same college.

I was thinking that instead of loosing money, I like to carry on different course in same college. But, is that gonna affect to my visa extension?

Because the UKBA rules are changing and I heard that they are going to change again in coming April 2011.

Please advice.

See If you want to do a different course of study with your education provider.
