Yes, but your spouse must be willing to support the application and attend the PEO appointment with you.

on what basis are you applying for FLR(M) if your wife is not supporting your application?

How did you show that you satisfied 284(vi)?

I sent it through lawyer and he checked the section family issues. he wrote a letter and describes that i need time and i am not ready for ILR.

mean time i received two letter that my docruments are received and letter to do my biometrics. i done my biometrics yesterday.

what does that mean ? did i get visa or biometrics are part of application ?

no they don't consider the application until you give your biometrics so you haven't got your visa yet.

Your solicitor was presumably acting upon your instructions so what did you instruct him about why you were not ready to apply for ILR?

Didn't he give you a copy of the application form and the letter he wrote on your behalf?

How did you/he get around the fact that your spouse needs to sign the form?

I know he originally said this:
GMD wrote:problem is my partner has refused to get me ILR
But he also just said this:
GMD wrote:my spouse signed the form for me... and i sent her birth certificate..
So it sounds like she changed her mind.

Of course - based on what we've been told so far - that sounds like it's a lie on both parties.
