So I am able to do another bachelors again? It just says
Isnt there a limit?

You can switch into Tier 4 (General) if you have, or were last given, permission to stay in one of the following categories:

* Tier 1 (Post-study work)
* Tier 2 (General)
* Tier 2 (Intra company transfer)
* Tier 2 (Minister of religion)
* Tier 4 (Child)
* prospective student
* student (under the rules in place before 31 March 2009)
* student re-sitting an examination
* student nurse
* students writing up a thesis
* student union sabbatical officer
* work permit holder
* postgraduate doctor or dentist
* Science and Engineering Graduates Scheme
* International Graduates Scheme
* Fresh Talent: Working in Scotland Scheme

Under the current rules yes you can switch back to Tier 4 to do another bachelors degree. Under the current rules you would not be able to get PSW again after you complete your 2nd bachelors (although it seems unlikely PSW as we know it will be in place by then anyway).

However under the student consulation UKBA proposed to change the rules to prevent students from doing further study that they did not consider to be progression, and therefore would prevent someone from doing a 2nd Bachelors degree for example in the UK.

Until the changes are announced it is difficult to advise you.

When do you want to start your course?

Thanks for your reply.

I am thinking of applying for the September 2011 or January 2012 session, however my visa is expiring in October 2011. I'll just do masters anyway. Am I still able to apply for the January intake even though my Visa expires in October?

No you can't apply in country if the course starts more than one month after your visa expires so if you want to start in January you'll have to return home and apply from there.
