Employer=Indian, Work location=UK. Possible? Limitations?

I have a Tier-1 visa and I am an Indian national. I am waiting for an interview for a permanent job.. this job's base location would be India, but the work location will be UK most of the time. I want to know WHETHER ON A TIER-1 VISA I am allowed to work like this (being hired by an India employer and being sent to UK to work)?

Another question is, beause of working like this, will I suffer any limitation while applying for extension or ILR? Any other limitations or complications?

you should be prfectky fine. T1 G visa allows you to work like this

Not sure abt ILR though.

ILR is not based on "but the work location will be in the UK most of the time" and unless you can quantify your residence and absence(s) in the UK during the qualifying residential period no one can answer such a question. Also, no one can tell you what the settlement rules will be if and when you become eligible (5+ years down the line).
