I hope someone can help me with the question I have:
I received ILR last year despite having claimed tax credits (briefly) in 2005. I was on a wp and my husband was my dependent. Now I am due to apply for Naturalisation and BC- could my previous claim still affect my application. Please someone help as I am really worried.

go to your local mp office theres always a staff there who will find out right answers for u
