ILR for Spouse dependent...

Spouse is in the UK as a work permit dependant. Will she be granted ILR when I applied or is there a specified time she will have to spend in the UK before she can get ILR.. she is only been here less than a year and I am applying for ILR soon....

Irrespective of the time spent by your wife in the UK, a work permit dependant's ILR application can be made alongwith the main applicant (i.e. Work Permit holder).
