I was given the following address for pick up:
HSMP Team,

Managed Migration,

It is advisable that you get this address from your case worker - in the event that something changed recently.
However, there is a catch. Most couriers require signature for international pickups. Unless you sent a signed airway bill along with the application or anytime thereafter, you could potentially face a situation where either the local courier refuses to pickup or the despatch department in HO refuses to sign (this is their policy). My case worker told me that this problem persists for international pickpus - so he suggested that I could arrange to collect mine thro' a relative in the UK.
DHL is your best bet as they don't have as consistent a policy as Fedex on sender's signature requirements. (Or atleast they don't enforce in every case).
