IRL Qualifying period: PLEASE Advise,

Hi All,

I got my work permit on 19th April 2006 but entered UK on 4th May 2009 only. My WP status changed to got my Tierl 1 on 17th May 2010.

Using the 28 day qualifying period I think I seem to complete that either by 6th or 7th of April. Can anyone please ocnfirm if I can still apply on 6th April and will I qualify?

In 2014, because you not appear to have spent five years in the UK as a Work Permit holder/Tier 1 migrant if you first entered the UK in 2009.

Apologies, my bad. Typo. I entered UK on 4th May 2006. SO I have completed 5 years.
