Was your case as Limited company in which you are employed as a director?\

if yes-

whose sign was on the dividend vouchers?

Were payslips stamped with company stamp?

I withdraw 750 net each month from my company account (Gross app. 10000 pound) :

- Does pay slips need to mention NI deductions on monthly basis? The gross is adjusted to get 750 net each month- but every month there is no NI deductions on payslips.

1. Did you have payslips issued online or hard copies?
2. Did they ask for company certificate/shareholder copy or you provided it yourself?
3. Did you include any letter from accountant or from employer (your company) - if yes, could you please pm me the format/wording?
4. Also can you tell if you used representation or did your case yourself?
