DX - Secure

Hi,

Does anyone know what to do if you miss a delivery from the UKBA sent by DX - Secure. I think they dont leave you a note/card so you can collect/re-arrange for the delivery?

They do leave a note card and they and also send you a letter if you miss the delivery. There is also a number on the letter from ukba that you get with your passport.
