In Person Application for Child Born in UK under Tier 1(D)

Hi guys

I am in the UK on Tier 1 (General). My son was born in UK in Sep 2010 and has got Indian passport. I want to book an appointment at the PEO for his Tier 1 dependant visa. When I try to do it online, under section :
"Please confirm which form you will be bringing with you:
Please select the type of application you require:" I do not see option PBS(D). I see the following options though:

EEA 1 (FMOP)
FLR (BID)
FLR (IED)
FLR (M)
FLR (O)
NTL
PBS T2
PBS T4
PEO Tier 1/5 Biometric Desk
SET (F) under 18
SET (M)
SET (O) excluding long residency
SET (O) on long residency
TOC


Is any of the above option valid for this case? Is it not possible to apply for Tier 1 Dependant in person?

Use "PEO Tier 1/5 Biometric Desk" option
