Extension application with new born baby

Hi Guys,

I have a question. I'm extending my visa from Work Permit to Tier 2 General using Transitional Arrangements. My son was born 3 months ago here in UK and we didn't get any visa for him. I'm including his details in the application as my dependent and sending his passport as well for Visa.

Is there going to be an issue as he don't have any visa?

Should I send his full birth certificate as well with the application?

No.

Should I send his full birth certificate as well with the application?

Without it (birth certificate it cannot be proved that he is your child (and therefore your dependant).
