Documents for eea family permit

Post by deon » Tue Mar 01, 2011 8:11 am

Hello!

Here is a list of documents thst i sent when i applied for mine:

-Proof of relationship. Marriage certificate etc
-Letters from friends or family members stating that u are a couple.
-Any invoices of your wedding. (if u got married recently)
-skype calls
-joint accounts
-photos of u 2 (from when u 1st met untill recent)
-work letter from the uk that you are going to have a job/interview when you return here.
-letter from your landlord/lady if you are sharing a house in uk
-bank statements showing that you have enough funds to live in the uk. (i think the minimum is 1500 pounds)

Good luck!!

Thanks for the replies
The situation is that im a french national living in the UK since 1998 and i got married in Pakistan last year.
Do i need to get my passport attested by the French embassy in Pakistan or can i get it attested here in uk by a solicitor.
Would it be better for me to apply for a UK spouse visa or a EEA family permit.
Which documents should i get.
How long would it take to get a EEA permit from pakistan
