I heard that they are quite bad with this in the UK. I can confirm knowing of someone who was told by Nationwide that they are not allowed to stamp anything due to liability. You can however request for printed statements to be sent to you.

Guys,

If any one needs stamp on lloyds Tsb bank statements, you can visit George Street Branch, just beside East Croydon station.

Just ask them to stamp and they will do it.

Lloyds online Printed statements will print everything about You and Account. You just need stamp on it. But make sure to print 5 transactions per page and print them seperately (each page), so that you can get all details on every page.

LLOYDS will stamp

Post by teddy0409 » Fri Mar 04, 2011 11:05 am

LloydsTSB have stamped in my statement yesterday, but will not sign

Go to the branch with your proof of ID, do not take online print out with you, they will make a print from their end and then will stamp, if possible take the most recent statement with you,
hope this helps
