Retention of Rights of Residence - EU Treaty Rights

Hi guys,

I'm wondering if anyone had experience of Retention of their Rights of Residence with EU Treaty Rights

If you are married for more than 3 years .you have all the proof .than you will be nice..........

The EU Treaty Rights section of the Department are notoriously difficult and don't seem to like granting these. One of the requirements is that you submit your wife's original Passport. Will she cooperate and assist you in this application? If not it will be more difficult.
