Workpermit to Tier 1 - Employer location & my living add

Hi All,

I have a question regarding my Tier 1 application: Switching from Workpermit to Tier 1, my employer is in south west of england and my bank statements address and contact address are in London. Will this effect my Tier 1 appliction decission? Will case worker question on this?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Can't see there being any problem. They are not concerned with where you live.

Thanks for your reply Jason. Will they not raise any questions saying that am I not working at employers place? Just concerned.

No. Plenty of people travel long distances to their workplace. Infact many people who work in london live quite far away. I have a friend who commutes from Birmingham everyday... so don't worry.
