Can I apply for PSW Visa

I am currently a student in Uk. I have finish my studies but was not able to get Master degree because I failed one module (subject) so I will not be able to get postgraduate degree but my Uni. will give me post diploma degree so can I apply for PSW visa or not ? Please advise.

no, post graduate diploma is not enough.

not unless you are awarded your master's degree.

can't you retake the module?

I have already submitted again for checking(means referral) but I am not sure whether I will be able to pass this time also or not. That's why I am bit worried about it.

do you mean in time before your visa expires or in time before the proposed changes to PSW?

sorry for very late reply i lost my laptop so was not able reply back. I will get my result back tomorrow for the module which i submitted again.

the best sorry i don't know what's mandatory module mean but now I have pass my module so I will be awarded master degree now...
