case worker asking class 2 NI document for limited company

i was applied for tier 1 20th jan 2011:

salary+self employed limited company 100% share holder

documents i send
-personal bank statement
-payslips
-employer letter

-business bank statement
-accountant letter
-P& L accounts
-invoices
-invoice summary
-dividend voucher
-corporation tax letter

Category changing (switching) from PSW (in country through post)
2. Date of expiry of current leave (visa): JAN 2012
3. Date application posted: 20 JAN 2011
4. Aknolwedgement dated: 24 JAN 2011
5. Payment mode:Debit card
6. Biometric Letter received: 03-02-2011
7. Biometic done at BIRMINGHAM : 08-02-11

19th feb i received letter from case worker , she asking class 2 NI contribution documents within 3 days. then i asked my accountant he said as a limited company we dont need to register as self employed and dont need to pay class 2 NI.
so wrot a letter to case worker mention that on 21st feb special delivery.
but still i didnt get any response from my case worker , no mail, no phone call.this is 7th week started..

i dont know why they didnt response or still she looking UTR number?but she not reply or response for my letter.
but i registered with HMRC and requested UTR number they said they will send april 1st week.
is anybody know about this issue

As you are operating Limited Company, you do not need to register as Self Employed. However, your UTR number is for Self-Assesment for your personal taxation. There is no need of Class 2NI for your case.

I applied and i got Visa last week, same as your situation (LTD Company).

Good News ....I got the love letter from UKBA. My Visa is approved.
So that mean if you are a contractor you need to pay some sort of NI if you salary is more than threshold limit.

If it is under threshold limit then produce document from HMRC or Registered accountant stating the same.
