APPLICATION FOR PSW VISA FROM OVERSEAS??

Hiiyyaa
i am student currently doing my dissertation of my Master`s course in Tourism and Hospitality in the uk and i have applied for a student extension visa which is for 4 months.
My results wont be out until SEPTEMBER 2011 and my student extension visa would run out by then , which mean i will have to go back home .
I was wondering is it possible to apply for a PSW visa from overseas (Mumbai ) in september ( if the psw system dosent get abolished)

please any expert advice would highly be appreciated

If you mean - is it possible to apply for PSW overseas now, yes it is.

ahhh i did not know that we could apply psw from overseas ... dont know why somebody had put it in my ears that you cant apply for a psw from overseas ..... kinda stressed me out ......
wellll i guess i will have to wait and see what happens in april

As of now, you can apply from overseas.

be aware of the higher maintenance requirement, though. you need 2800 pounds, not 800, for 90 consecutive days if applying from your home country.
