Visitor Visa sponser validity time

Hi All,

I am planning to invite my parents to UK in June this year on visitor visa, but my current Tier 1 visa is on for extension in Nov2011.
Will it matter , at the time of sponsering that my current tier 1 visa is valid long enough?

Personal opinion (only) - they should apply for entry clearance while you have at least 6 months of valid leave remaining.
